Shipping:

Shipping is via USPS  Priority Mail®.  Domestic orders are generally received in 2-3 days. If your order includes any backordered items, in stock items will be shipped at time of order, with the remaining items to be shipped upon restocking.

            Please note: If an order is returned for, refused by recipient, invalid or insufficient address, addressee unknown, or unclaimed, the order will be cancelled and subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refunded.

Warranty:

All products manufactured by Pure Fun, LLC, are warranted to be free from defects for 90 days from purchase.

 

Returns:

Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for defective merchandise. If an item has a manufacturing defect, please email us at:

CustomerService@GThrust.com  for instructions. Please include product name, date and location of purchase, and the nature of the defect.  Customer service will then provide an RMA number and shipping information.  We do not offer refunds.
